Will she or won’t she? Speculation continues on whether Danica Patrick will leave the IndyCar Series and join NASCAR. There is even some speculation she might be able to participate in both.
This is far beyond a change in venue for one driver. It is a decision that could have significant financial impact on motorsports. Millions of dollars are involved.
Tony Stewart, number 14 Office Depot/Old Spice Chevrolet of NASCAR fame, has expressed his opinion:
“… I’d love to see her come. I think it would be awesome for our sport if she could could [sic] come over here and be out here and be successful.”
