Justine Henin Starts Comeback at the Brisbane International

After the announcement of Justine Henin’s return to tennis, there was not a firm announcement as to which tournaments she would play. She has a wildcard invitation to play in the Australian Open. Justine Henin’s return to the Australian Open will go through Brisbane. She is expected to use the Brisbane International as preparation for the Grand Slam event:

“… The Courier-Mail understands Henin’s camp has passed on word to tournaments that she will play in Brisbane from January 3-10 in her first competitive matches since her retirement in 2007.”
